Kathy Borkgren Planning Analyst | Development Services Division Kathy Borkgren is a Planning Analyst with Strategy Planning Associates, Inc. She brings to us a broad background in real estate development, both commercial and residential. Prior to joining Strategy Planning Associates in 2002, Ms. Borkgren was an Associate with Wilton Partners, LLC. Her contributions included collaboration in selection, procurement, zoning/municipal approval and construction of CVS Pharmacy stores in the Chicagoland area. In addition, she facilitated RFP preparation, research, presentation and planning of seven new Illinois Tollway Oases in Northern Illinois. Primary Responsibilities: Kathy is responsible for completing roughly 30 to 40 economic and fiscal impact studies per year, commercial market and location studies, and delivering expert testimony on behalf of our clients. |
