Elissa Stecki Project Consultant | Market Research Division Elissa Stecki is a Project Consultant at Strategy Planning Associates, responsible for analyzing market forces and making recommendations on proposed developments. She has been involved in numerous market feasibility studies, analyzing a variety of housing types, including single family, townhouse, and condominium developments. Elissa has been with Strategy Planning Associates for over ten years and most recently served as head of the Data Services Division where she was responsible for all aspects of data management. She was instrumental in the development and launching of our online database, www.NewHomeFacts.net. Elissa has written updates for the "Status of the Chicago Market" portion of our company website and published articles in the HBAGC monthly, "Building America's Dream". She has also contributed to media publications including Chicago Magazine, Crain's Chicago Business, The Daily Herald, and The Chicago Tribune. Elissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing from Loyola University of Chicago, where she graduated with honors. Her experience includes ownership of a successful small business, and several years as an Information Services Specialist at United Airlines in Elk Grove Township, Illinois. |
