David Gray is a Senior Consultant in the Market Research Division. His skills include financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and market research. Prior to joining Strategy Planning Associates, David spent three years as a planning and development consultant, during which time he worked on a variety of residential, retail, and mixed-use projects, providing due diligence, entitlements, and design services to high profile clients. David has served on a variety of community boards and task forces, most recently involving the redevelopment of a 70-acre parcel on the former Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado. His research on affordable housing and industrial land use has been presented at two national land use conferences.

David has an M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Urban Planning from Brigham Young University.

David is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Primary Responsibilities: David is responsible for researching and writing market feasibility studies, and direct client consulting. In addition to the Market Research Division responsibilities, he also assists the Development Services Division with development strategy, proforma and site plan development consulting, brownfield redevelopment, and mixed-use development studies.
